My name is Monique and I am from Oakland, CA and currently residing in the great state of Texas (DFW to be exact). I am currently a full time personal trainer and fitness enthusiast. I am currently training for the 2016 Olympics in Rio. So if I'm not training I'm coaching high school Track and Field and working on my MBA in Marketing.
