I believe that the art of photography is capturing the image in the mind, not only the one in the eye. So I prefer to be on the friendly side of the camera.

I specialize in location photography, but also work in studio if preferred. I shoot 35mm film, 6x7 medium format film, and digital format.

I joined MM to learn from other photographers and compare my work, as well as develop contacts in the Bakersfield area. In the past I specialized in landscapes, pets, macrophotography, and documenting doll, firearm, knife and other collections. I want to expand my creative experience to include people, from tame to the outrageous.

As they say, "Life is too short for bad wine, and too long." I plan to pursue my goals before time runs out and I sit around drooling and muttering,"Where's my COCO?"

A journey begins with the first step. Don't be feint of heart.
