About Me

I am a classically trained artist working primarily in oil paint. I have worked as an illustrator for over 15 years, mainly for book covers, comic books and recently DVD covers. Clients include Marvel Comics, Berkley books, Acclaim and others.
I have decided to focus on fine art painting and my main interest the human figure. After trying to use friends as models with poor results, and even worse results approaching people on the streets, I've decide to try and join Model Mayhem. Here i know I can find people who will not wilt in front of a camera and become lifeless.
For now, i am looking to pose NYC street scenes. Models with a good sense of personal style arriving at a shoot in the clothing of their choice.
Paintings will be based on these images.
