I learned about photography while studying acting. I got really serious about photography when digital became popular. After graduating from college and grad school I embarked on a career in the professional world or you might say the "coat and tie" world.  But, I learned early on that my creative energies had to have an outlet so I started working as a photographer for calendar shoots and model portfolios. It has been very rewarding over the years. Many of my shoots are with models who also work in the food service business, so I try to discount my price or in some cases, I don't charge at all. I learned early on that many models need help in assembling their portfolios - so I am glad to help out when I can. I have traveled a lot and have met a lot of interesting people and this has inspired my photography. To date, the best locales I have had photo shoots in are: Malibu, California; Boston, Massachusettes; Las Vegas, Nevada, Treasure Island, Florida; and Mostar, Yugoslavia.

I enjoy all types of photography but especially glamour and swimsuit photography. I spent two years in Malibu, California and this has really inspired my photography. I hope to master my technique and place my models in such magazines as: Sports Illustrated, Glamour, Cosmopolitan and Vogue.

I joined Model Mayhem, to meet other photographers and to shoot with a diverse group of models. The MM site is very easy to navigate and has become the best site for photographers and models - especially those models representing themselves. By getting photographers and models together, MM enables us to learn more about different people, locales and cultures and this undoubtedly affects our images.
