I think a little luck, fate, God, and the devil comprise everything I create, and I hope that is true in my photography.

I began creating images when I got my Kodak Instamatic as a child in the 60's, as virtually every kid did, and more seriously after I got my first SLR as a teenager. Over the last thirty years, I have taken lots of technical, artsy, and darkroom courses and collected literally several thousand prints of my observations. I have studied architecture, become a professional civil engineer, and learned to look for beauty in everything I see, be it natural or of human creation.

And now, I shall try my hand at what seems like a very cool media, the community of MM. I look forward to meeting new friends and colleagues. Wish me luck and please be gentle with me. Actually, I'd like you to tell me how you really feel.

Models, do not hesitate to contact me if you would like to explore some ideas. I will provide anyone a CD of all the photos from a shoot, and will make copies of any prints if I shoot any photos on film. I am willing to pay a modest fee for certain gigs.
