Marysol Flores is a Wedding, Commercial and Lifestyle Mexican photographer.
She has a degree and a master in Communication Studies from ITESM Campus Monterrey, in which she is a photography professor.
She has taken advanced photography courses and workshops in New York, Canada, Monterrey, and Guanajuato, in schools like New York Institute of Photography and Escuela Activa de Fotografia.
She has been taught by professors like Pepe Quintero, Gerardo Duenas, Jorge Alvarez, among others.
Marysol has also a journalism certificate from American University in Washington DC. As a journalist, she worked in CNN en Espanol and later in TV Azteca Noreste and TV Azteca Bajio, as an anchor and a reporter. Her former experiences mastered her skills on telling stories with images.
Her photographs have been selected for different exhibitions displayed in places like: Cineteca Nuevo Leon, and Salon de la Fotografia in Guadalajara, having David Eisenberg as a special guest.
In September of the 2008, she presented her exhibition PORTRAITS FROM THE EAST / RETRATOS DE ORIENTE in the Lobby of the Auditorio Luis Elizondo, with images from India, Nepal and Thailand.
She has developed her commercial experience working for companies like CEMEX, TERNIUM, SANMEX, and she specialized in social photography for Weddings, Portraits, Lifestyle and Fashion.
