My name is Matthew Leland, and thanks for stopping by my page! A little about me.
I'm a professional photographer that's been shooting for about 8 years now. While my specialty is wedding and event photography, I've been expanding out to cover many other facets of photography. My style has always had a vintage heart with a contemporary twist that I think makes what I create unique. I'm big into the kustom and rockabilly kulture, and I'm an avid car builder. For this site, I'm looking to expand my portfolio in a few different ways. I'm looking for a few things: Commercially Styled Shoots: Looking to create work with models that are looking to push their portfolio towards commercial clients and agencies. Looking for models with fashion background and working with bridal clothing for promotional material. Pin-ups: This has always been a passion of mine. Looking for traditional or alternative models for shoots that are being pushed for magazines. Creative/Artistic collaborations: Always looking for new ideas with creative models to make photography for the sake of art. Hey, I'm interested to come to America in future but at the moment while traveling is still difficult, I am offering remote shoots in Melbourne until March 4th or 7th. I'm currently working with other photographers to do remote/virtual shoots but I hope to get my own gear & do more on location remote shoots so I should have other locations around Australia to offer in future. I have a city central apartment with a rooftop balcony, large natural light windows, a range of backdrops & can use the buildings facilities of a gym, spa, pool & sauna as well as the indoor concreate fire escape. My rates for remote shoots are less than what I charge for in person shoots. Let me know how many hours you would like me to quote you for & if you like to pay by PayPal or a bank transfer to my UK bank or AUS bank. We would tether the camera to the laptop & screen share so you can control the settings/shots. We can chat over FaceTime or WhatsApp during the shoot.
