About me:
I have always loved photography, started out using a simple 110 camera when I was a kid. I am a mom to two grown kids and a wife. I work full time as a portrait photographer now.

My goal is to improve the quality of my photography and expand the breadth of my portfolio. Lately I've been working on my business, Tiggr Tales Photography. I really love when I can capture a portrait of someone who truly believes they can’t take a perfect picture and they end up smiling and happy. To me there is just no better feeling then making someone else smile when looking at their portrait. I am completely open to offering my services to local nonprofit groups as my way of paying back to the community.

Past projects included:
I have worked with a few models on a fairly regular basis and can provide references.
I have photographed five weddings, done maternity shoots and a bunch of families and couples. In the past a lot of my work has been artistic nudes for other women and a few select men, to see examples of this please contact me and I will forward examples. I have also done some senior portraits that were published in the client’s high school yearbooks. I also in my leisure time take a lot of nature photographs, some of which are on display in local retail locations like Pacific Crest Coffee on Pacific Ave. in Lacey, WA.

What I am looking for:
I am always looking to gain more experience working with all types of models and expand my portfolio. I am looking for new models, other photographers, or creative people to collaborate with. Ultimately, I want to meet several local models I can work with several times until we create some artistic photos we both are proud to show off!

What I expect:
You to be in the Puget Sound area or willing to travel to Lakewood and willing to sign a model release including terms that we both agree to at the time of the shoot.
Minors are required to have a parent or guardian at the shoot at all times for both of our safety. Parents/guardian must also sign a release allowing me to photograph your child.
Excited and interested in creating pictures that are unique to you.
Willing and eager to try new things or new twists on old things.
Able to laugh at yourself as well as me while enjoying learning and creating images together.
Patience knowing that I am not an all knowing pro at this yet and enjoying my more free form style.
And most important is a positive attitude.

What I offer to models:
I provide an online digital album with edited photos from our shoot in high definition format suitable for printing.
I provide references to other models I have worked with.
I give references to other photographers about you when I hear they are looking to hire a model, if you decide you want the references.

What I am willing to shoot:
I will shoot any type of photos you need with the exception of porn. My definition of porn is anything involving penetration, nudity done tastefully is not porn to me. Fetish is not inherently porn to me either so if you have a creative idea let’s talk about it. I encourage all models to bring a safe person with them if it makes them feel more comfortable.
