Stacey Kenneavy has been a force in the beauty industry since 1987. Her extensive experience spans the ins and outs of the industry, from working as a beauty supply sales consultant and owning two successful salons to styling models for runway shows and photo shoots.
Stacey has a rich background of training. She has studied at Pivot Point International in Chicago, Redken 5th Avenue in Manhattan, Aquage, L'Oreal Professional, Matrix Academy in Manhattan, Bio Elements esthetic school, MAC profesional make up classes in Chicago, Make Up First in Chicago and many more.
"To me, education in any field is extremely important," Stacey says. "Evolution of anything, including work, happens, and if we don't keep up on our learning then our skills become outdated."
Stacey hones her abilities in her styling as well as her instructing. She has been an in-salon educator for RedKen and is currently an artistic educator for Matrix.
After two decades, Stacey considers her specialty to be formal styling.
Her work has been published in HUSH Chicago magazine and the September 2010 issue of Sophisticate's Magazine.
Stacey continues to dedicate her time and talent to charities such as St. Baldrick's and Sin for Charity. Stacey is also the owner of a successful studio salon, Michael Allan Salon Studio.
Stacey also recently became a certified Matrix color master in February of 2011 and won the regional Hair Wars competition in Chicago in April of 2011
