Heather Guevarra Arcega is an award-winning fashion designer who has been in the fashion industry for over 5+ years.

She attended the Academy of Arts University in San Francisco and studied Women’s wear & Menswear Design & Patternmaking. Her fashion credits include Hurley International, Lucky brand Jeans, and Joe Boxer.

Since then, Heather has opened up a design studio in Potrero Hill in San Francisco. From there, she offers design consulting, and designing, manufacturing and production services in full.
Both eco-friendly collections, Gingerbread Clothing (www.gingerbreadclothing.com) and joint line, Ri Couture (www.ricouture.com) are run and designed by Heather from her studio as well.

She is inspired by Michael, her adoring husband, Chanel, her artistically talented daughter, and the city where she now lives, San Francisco. Her goal is to create awe-inspiring work of art through the simple combining of artistically beautiful shapes, colors and prints and give it a touch of simple romance and eerie elegance.
