My name is Stephen Sunday.

I'm an artist in visual mixed media, now working in fashion. As a designer, I like to work in a variety of materials, conventional and unconventional, in order to create something that appeals to my sense of beauty in the human condition. I am inspired by a rather wide variety of sources, everything from literature, cinema, comic books, dreams/nightmares, technology and nature, and so on. My aesthetic scope is broad; I work because it feels good, and I always love challenges and new things.

The garments and accessories I make for the female form are very alive to me, and I take every project very seriously, utilising a variety of methods and materials (fabrics, paper, metal, wax, wire, wood, repurposed technology, etc), to create something unique.

I create the things that I want to see in the world, because my brain is full of whimsy and why-not. If you like what you see, or want to collaborate/commission/consult, then feel free to contact me.
