About Me

Content Creator (Photographer and Videographer) based in Southern NSW. Published multiple times. Shooting still and video content, and have been doing so since 2008.

TLDR Summary of Below: happy to chat about projects, pay arrangements and contracts as needed by you or me!

----------------------------The important but boring read----------------------------------------

--- Paid work (I get paid by YOU) ---

If you hire me to create content for you, we can arrange content+payment or payment only types of agreement. Payment only means that YOU hire me to shoot what YOU need for yourself or your brand only. There is no work done that benefits me. I only take my rate (or stipend) and may agree to sign a special agreement (ex. NDA) limiting the use of your content for various reasons of your choosing. I am available to shoot exclusive content (ex. for your pages like OF, Patreon, etc..) on both video or photo platforms.

If you hire me to work on content+payment basis, that means I will work for you at a reduced rate, but I will be also able to use that content without any limitations. Appropriate agreement will have to be signed by both - photographer/videographer and model/performer.

--- Content trade and collaborations (Content is equally used by YOU and ME) ---

There is no payment exchange in this type of arrangement between photographer/videographer and model/performer. Collaboration style of work can be just for time-for-content, meaning photographer and model both get equal share of produced and edited images/videos and equally shared rights on their usage. Also, location-for-content, meaning photographer provides a location (ex. hotel suite/Air B&B/professional studio rental) in exchange for model waving her fees. As well as content-for-content, meaning model/performer agrees to shoot specific content that benefits photographer/videographer only in exchange for them shooting specific content that benefits only the model/performer (ex. model needs fresh headshots/outfits/Safe-For-Work photos for her Social Media pages and offers posing for Nude/Erotic set in exchange)

Average turn around time for edited content sent to you is 2-4 weeks. That can vary in one direction or another, depending on the amount of paid work that I'm booked for at that time. My busiest time of the year is late Summer. Paid work always takes priority over collaborations.

For each hour of collaborative work, a model is guaranteed 3-5 fully edited images. Important to note: the more experience the model has and the less time I have to spend directing her, the more usable images can be produced during the time of the shoot. This means that preparation is key - I will submit mood/inspiration photos, notate specific poses and any other information that you request to the best of my ability.

I do not provide unedited photos for content trade/collaboration type of arrangements. If you require unedited photos from the photo session(s), it's additional (and undesirable) work for me and you will be required to pay a fee.

--- Compensation work (I pay YOU) ---

This involves personal projects or client-based work that requires me to hire a model/performer for a fee to produce specific content based on criteria that's been established in advance. Each project has a set budget and model/performer will be entitled to compensation based on her hourly rate or a stipend, depending on the arrangement.

Contract will have to be signed by both parties confirming time and date, duration, compensation and type content as agreed upon by all parties involved.

Each project will have a write-up or outline that I will provide to you to make sure that we are on the same page for all of the expectations. If you need any additional clarification on any of project's objectives or other related details, please address them asap and before the shoot day.

Once both parties (photographer/videographer and model/performer) have agreed to work based on terms provided in the contract with date, location and time confirmed, any changes to agreement beyond that point will be considered a breach of contract. Case in point: if model/performer changes her mind during filming/photo session and decides not to shoot certain levels that she has already agreed to initially, this will be considered a breach of contract - the session will be cancelled and model/performer will NOT be paid.

Reimbursable expenses (ex. parking, fuel, food) incurred by model/performer must be addressed prior to final confirmation of the agreement. Expenses can be reimbursed either separately in addition to model/performer's fee or be included in their stipend, depending on the agreement.

I do offer compensation in conjunction with shared content included to accommodate models/performers who can offer discounted rates in exchange for including edited content from the session. These kinds of arrangements are done on case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed at all times.

A model release form is required and must be signed by model/performer for outlining the cases above.

"We were planning a beach shoot but instead we did a glamour look at his place using coconut oil through my hair and on my body. It felt healthy & nicer than baby oil. He showed me how he did edits & was respectful of my boundaries. We decided on the swimwear I had brought with me at his place after buying the oil & was happy with the shoot. Kind, chill & humorous guy. 2nd time I worked with him at a beach with another model over sunset & sunrise. Would work together again in future. Thank you!" Read less
