Rachel L. Jacobs, a San Francisco native, recently moved from Hong Kong to San Francisco.

She is an actress with training from Oberlin College (BA, Theater), The National Theater Institute (Waterford, CT), The St. Petersburg Theater Arts Academy (Russia), Shakespeare and Company (Lenox, MA), and The American Conservatory Theater (San Francisco, CA).
