Bio:
Launa is a 20-something African-American/Native-American aspiring actress, model and writer. She developed a love for performance by acting in plays, music videos, and pursuing several modeling ventures.

Launa’s professional background consists of Sales, Marketing, Promotions, Luxury Hospitality and Military Intelligence.  Launa is an avid networker and utilized this talent to establish her own innovative modeling and promotions team, PrettiEbony ENT.; which specialized in public relations and promotions for upscale events and entertainment venues in the Miami area.   In order to focus on her collegiate career, Launa ended the PrettiEbony movement and focused on gaining experience through various internships and student organizations.  Launa served as the Public Relations officer for Myztique Modelz and as the National Liaison on the Executive Board of the William C. Adams chapter of the Public Relations Student Society of America. She also worked with social marketing agencies, Mr.Youth/RepNation, as a T-Mobile brand ambassador, to promote, plan and execute events. Launa earned her bachelors degree in Public Relations with a minor in Marketing at Florida International University in May 2011.  After graduating, Launa interned as a writer with Back/slash Magazine contributing various articles geared to college students and composed Miami’s Happy Hour Guide for everyday of the week that was published in their print article.  Shortly thereafter, Launa interned as a Social Media and Marketing Coordinator for a 4 Star 5 Diamond luxury resort, Acqualina Resort and Spa on the Beach.

After three years in the hospitality industry Launa swapped out heels for combat boots to serve in the United States Air Force.  She currently works in the Intelligence career field while pursuing her Master's degree in Homeland Security at Pennsylvania State University.   In addition, she has reignited the fire of her true passion, Acting by studying the Meisner Technique and filming several projects in the DMV area.  Launa is currently offers writing  services to various companies, entrepreneurs and blogs.  Launa is available for acting and modeling castings as well
