ABOUT MOI
I was born into a family that was definitely Polyphoto, which was transparently due to my Grandmother's latent negativity. When only 11, I was seduced by a Brownie and at 14 had a predilection to Retinette 1A which eventually became a Schneider-Kreuznach syndrome.
A severe Metol Hydroquinone and Rodinal habit unfortunately led to Selenium Cell attachments, also known as Weston's disorder. Although the original symptom was now fixed, I became attached to a silver recovery unit causing severe panchromatic tendencies and increased sensitivity.
Later Sympathetic Lithography was recommended and I underwent a course of still bath development to improve my edge contrast. Coupled with the occasional sepia bath, my tone improved until palladium replacement prevented my fading and loss of colour, or be forever to be consigned to a dark room.
When a bout of solarisation occurred I decided to seek a professional remedy and it was such a contrast when I developed higher definition and improved saturation that I became more high key and focussed.
Later I suffered from being shot through the heart with a Cartier Bresson but was OK once healed and cloned. I gained an enlarged sensor, which while not impacting my pixel count, positively reduced the telephoto condition and extended my flash to subject distance as well as reducing my memory lag.
An aberrant moment of chromatic epiphany came when I forsook my life of reticulation to embrace pixelology.

I use minimum editing preferring to light properly and always remember the Kate Winslet quote from Titanic: "Jack, I want you to draw me like one of your French girls. Wearing this. The last thing I need is another picture of me looking like a porcelain doll."
So if you want to look like a CGI replica of everyone famous then I'm not the one you need.

Weirdest job - shooting The Wombles opening a record shop in Wimbledon. Near riot with Mounted Police battling the fans away from the windows.

Proudest name check - Captain Beefheart - "Grow Fins" compilation!

Best Gig - Bob Marley at The Lyceum - or - Bowie at the last Ziggy Stardust gig....

Latest thrill - 8 photos sold to Diane Lee for an upcoming album entitled Black Beauty by Arthur Lee of the band Love - Best album ever was "Forever Changes" and I am so happy to contribute to this guy's legacy.

I am not into Social Networking or collecting Friends like Pogs!
A friend is someone who would cross the road to give you a big hug.
So, with no other intention than keeping my life manageable, please don't take offence if I take my time to check you out.

Remember: The computer can't tell you the emotional story. It can give you the exact mathematical design, but what's missing is the eyebrows. Frank Zappa

Shot Frank's son Dweezil Zappa & Co. in New York State - Bearsville and again in Brighton. The images include Flo and Eddie (The Turtles) singing "Happy Together" also used on a TV ad.
