Amy grew up in Amherst NS, a small town, with a close-knit family. From a young age she has been interested in health and beauty. Amy began her career as a make-up artist and went on to become an esthetician. After owning her own spa for five years her overwhelming interest in holistic health directed her towards a new career as a holistic nutritionist, wellness expert and personal trainer.

She is a continual student, often taking courses in product knowledge, nutrition, spirituality, meditation, and fitness. Amy recently decided to take on a new challenge by pursuing a fitness modeling/competitor career. She is taking her fitness level to new heights and feels this will benefit her and everyone she influences. Amy believes in challenging herself continually and forever growing.
