My name is Joe Puente and I am a writer, actor and filmmaker. I've written everything from short stories and novellas to essays and screenplays—selections of which can be found online. As an actor, I'm usually cast—as you may have guessed—in quirky roles, having one of those looks that's evocative of character actors like Danny DeVito, Jason Alexander and lesser knowns of European, Mediterranean, and even Middle-Eastern and South Asian descent.

I would like to stress that I do not consider myself a photographer, just someone who happens to own a camera. I will always defer to the expertise of someone with more experience when possible on any project that I'm involved with.
