My name is Neil Girardi. I'm the owner and creator of the web site centerfoldnextdoor.com. I'm a web developer, a computer programmer, a musician, and a photographer. There's a picture of me in my portfolio if you'd like to put a face to the name.

The concept behind centerfoldnextdoor.com is that any girl with access to a digital camera and an internet connection can be a part of our site by submitting up to six photos along with a bio and contact information. We publish the pictures and bio (NOT the contact information) and allow our fans to vote for the models they like best. At the end of the month we tally up the votes and contact the most popular model to arrange a studio photo shoot with one of our photographers. The photos are published on the site's home page and in our "featured models" gallery. It's an unparalleled opportunity for virtually ANY woman who is interested in gaining exposure as a model. It doesn't matter whether you live in Manhattan or Minnesota, and you don't need representation. I like to think of it the online version of "America's Next Top Model", except it's available to literally anyone with a camera and internet connection, and there are no unpleasant judges or hosts. For the web site's fans, it's a bit like maxim.com, except they get to choose who's featured! Fans can also choose to view candid photo submissions from ordinary girls all across the country as well as our featured studio shoots.

Model Mayhem is a great place for us to be because it's filled with fresh faces and up-and-coming talent; exactly the type of models that we want to work with. In fact, we've shot a lot of models who are on this site and we encourage them to back-link their CND page to their model mayhem profile.
