Born and raised in Houston, Texas Hilary's been drawing ever since she could fit some sort of drawing utensil in her hand. Her Love for Art was first recognized in grade school when her artwork was selected for the school's yearbook cover. Since then her passion for Art has grown to new levels. Now actively involved in the Houston Art Scene, she spends most of her time sketching life drawings, experimenting with different mediums, and taking lots and LOTS of pictures.

Being an artist/ photographer and an undergraduate student pursuing a degree in Fine Art she have been busy this past year. Just last Christmas she headed and proposed an art installation for the second time that now has become a tradition at her college campus. In addition, she was awarded, Outstanding Student at Lone Star College- Kingwood twice for the 2008- 2009 and the 2009- 2010 school year for her work in the Culture & Art Club of which she was Historian and served as President this year. She consistently strives to support art in any way she can. That being said she finished an internship at the Betz Art Gallery last summer where she curated her first show. She just finished assisting the Art Gallery Director at Lone Star College- Kingwood for a year. In addition, she was nominated as one of 25 University fine art students in the Houston area to write a proposal for Project Row's Summer Studio's program... there are 7 spots(houses) avaliable and she's crossing every finger that she gets it. :)

Took pictures of American Idol, "Sundance Head" & Family. Along with Miss. Splendora's headshots for the Miss Texas Pageant to name a few. Just recently had 4 life drawings exhibited in the Contemporary Arts Museum- Houston (Aug. 2009) it was apart of the "No Zoning" exhibit.
