Hey I'm Day and I have been into photography for about 5 years now, it has become a substitute for sketching (as who the hell has time for that these days). I am currently doing a Masters studying Photography, i'm deeply passionate about creating artistic and conceptual pieces of work, I still dont understand semiotics.

I have experience in the studio and location, and a pretty extensive experience of film and digital setups. I currently shoot with a 5dMkII and strobes until i can get the time to convert the loft into a darkroom.

The majority of the photography i do now is for fun, practicing new styles or for fine art prints and exhibitions. I work part time freelancing for events and construction and assist more professional photographers when i can, my full time job takes me around the UK - I hope to start working with models more further afield than sunny Northampton.
