Firstly, a few things you need to know: (and I'm going to be direct, because this saves everyones time)

+ I am not here to shoot your portfolio because you like my shots. I am not interested in plain, mundane shots with standard poses. I like action, excitement, wild makeup, wild dress, those who can think out of the box and want to have a ball!

+ I do not have a studio. If you want a studio photographer I can recommend some friends happily.

+ I require at least 2 weeks notice for any shoot

+ If you need to cancel a planned shoot, you must do so no later than 48 hours before a shoot (where ever possible), this is a professional courtesy, else, I will not work with you again. Same goes for me, I will hold myself to the same standard.

I go by the name of Mel and I'm a creative photographer.
By "creative" i mean: :: spontaneous :: different :: eager to experiment - and be as different as I can, from the norm :: infused with passion and intensity for awesome images.

I love to work with models who can infuse their own ideas into what I'm shooting, who can take the reigns and pull a pose without me having to ask. I love spontaneity,laughing, fun loving, and trying different things just because they're different.

I am an on-location photographer and do not have a complete studio setup - I prefer to go out into the world and use what it delivers, rather than create the perfect environment.
