My name is Mario. Photography to me is an exercise in synergy. A dynamic collaboration of the organic and inorganic. Camera, model, photographer and environment working together with the hopes of creating something greater than themselves.

I'm here to create images that transcend their genre and are as much a work of art as they are a representation of a finite point in history. I strive to have the emotion in my images conveyed to the viewer on a subconscious level forcing them to feel what they see.

I'm interested in the Noir style. Harsh, contrasty lighting, strong shadows, solemn facial expressions. I'm interested in quiet beauty, Audrey Hepburn and the looks of the forties and fifties. Marilyn Monroe, and looking sexy while wearing more...

I have a very open mind, I'm receptive to creative direction, and if you're willing to become part of the creative process, I'm willing to shoot.

I'm laid back and easy to work with. I live and work in the Mercer County area. I have transportation, I'm willing to travel and willing to explore most concepts. Please feel free to critique and leave comments regarding the pictures you see. A fresh perspective is always welcome.

I have studio space at Papermill Studios in Philly. That's where I'll be doing most of my work.
