About Me

Hey I'm Alfredo, a personal fitness trainer and fitness crazy.

I really enjoy working out and staying in great shape and setting an example for others to see how fitness can affect your life. Being skinny and chubby some of my teenager I know how much weight or appearance can affect your life, and I now try to set an example for people around me. I now help people as a fitness trainer to lose weight, tone-up fast, and get into amazing shape.

This is mostly for fun, but also motivating to look my best and stay in great shape and really sees how far I have come since my teens. I would like to network with other local people.
