About Me

I am a commercial photographer in the Houston metropolitan area. My niche is food, chefs and restaurants. I have been a photographer my entire life and I'm lucky to say that I've had many opportunities to do different kinds of photography.
Fashion photography is something I enjoy, partially because I still feel like it is something new to me. I enjoyed learning about style and understanding how and why designers create their garments. I like to emulate mid-century fashion pictures with lighting technique and environment.
I try to make pictures with my medium format camera whenever I can. The reason I do this is because I like the numbers and film manufacturers stamp on the edges.
