About Me

My name is Andrew Benz. I am filmmaker residing in Chicago, Il. I currently shoot on a Red One 35mm digital cinema camera package. I co-own Skylark Studios located in the Chinatown/Pilsen area. My main work mostly consists of feature length films, shorts, music videos, and commercials. I am now working on a concept centered around high fashion stills and fashion in motion. I work closely with many talented artists, stylists, and photographers. I am currently casting for several personal projects and tests on the RED One and new upcoming Epic X camera. Due to work and time constraints I am currently only booking tests with agency quality models and actresses. I am always interested in hearing from great professionals.
