I'm a artist/photographer in Grand Rapids, Michigan, I have been doing freelance work since the early 90's.
I shoot all manner of subjects but would like to focus more on portraits with models here to expand my portfolio a bit.
Currently I have a portable setup and can shoot in most places.
My shoots will have no nudity unless you want that in your portfolio and I request that you have a friend/escort with you if possible at least initially. I am looking for a variety of different people/looks including men, women, older, younger. You need not be a super model and more importantly you will need to have a patient personality and be able to take direction from the photographer (impatience is not a virtue in photography).
I will not be supplying a hair stylist or makeup tech for these trade shoots so you are responsible for your own appearance...though that leaves it open for you to try something new and different if you like (I would prefer that).
I will probably only be "friending" models and photographers who I am able to work with so if you're just looking for more adds to your list then try someone else. But, if you ARE interested in creating some photos with me then send me a message and if you're from out of town then let me know when you might be in my area.
