Stu Brown - Photographer/ Creative Director

I run Discovery Photography which has given me the opportunity to indulge my love of photography, and develop it into a professional career.

I am currently undertaking commissioned work for the North York Moors National Park Authority, successfully recording events and capturing landscapes.

From my studio in Saltburn, North Yorkshire, I believe that versatility is the key. I am currently undertaking fine art wedding and portrait photography of many kinds.

My press work has been published in The Telegraph, Daily Mail and Financial Times. My work is also represented by Footprint Images and Picturenation, two stock image agencies and has proved a reliable source of images. Purestorm & Modelmayhem are yet another souce of work for me, undertaking model portfolios and shoots with some of its members.

Stuart also teaches photography to individuals and communities so that others are able to find delight in capturing fantastic images.

Gilly Sanderson - Make up/ Creative Styling

Gillian has worked as a beauty therapist and make up artist for 25 Years. Working in beauty salons, and in television and film as make up artist/stylist. For photography she has provided props and costumes for a diverse mixture of corporate and artist shoots.

She has worked for clients such as Honda, Peugeot, NSPCC, Boots, Ladybird books, Next, Cow & Gate to name few. Also she has worked with actors and television personalities such as Ralph Little, Anne Marie Duff, Vernon Kay, Gloria Hunniford, Barbra Windsor and Kirsty Young.

Now living back in the north east, she provides a beauty therapy service from Rigwood House Studios and she is a valuable experienced member of the team
