Outkast Images 217 is hot-rod inspired photography by Kevin Willis. 217 is my area code...Central Illinois. Vintage Kulture, alternative, pinup, goth, tattoos, hot-rods, and motorcycles...that's what I like to shoot. I'm not a wedding or family photographer.

I have contributed to multiple magazines and being regularly published in many of them.

Currently shooting limited TF these days, but always willing to collaborate on a project if you have an interesting concept...especially if you're heavily tattooed!! Tattoos are not mandatory tho.
