Robert Joseph Studios (http://www.robertjosephstudios.com) is proud to be part of the NXTIndustries studio space in downtown Portland, Oregon. I am a passionate and experienced photographer with an eye for drawing out beauty in every subject. I enjoy creating beautiful artful shots of nearly any scene. I pride myself on my ability to develop connections with my subjects to bring out intense beauty in their eyes, their movements, and their expressions. My wife accompanies me at every shoot and applies makeup, arranges hair, mixes cocktails when requested, and pays close attention to all the important little details. We maintain a collaborative, comfortable, and fun environment. Everybody in the studio is part of and has input to the art that we create. We discuss scenes and come up with the best shots for each subject. I excel in low light situations, be it at a wedding, a concert, a party, a forest... or in my studio. I pride myself in being respectful, fun and allowing the creativity of all involved in a shoot be realized.
