Implied nudes, First, I must have worked with you before and second, I have to feel completely comfortable with you and the concept and will have my own contract that you would have to sign before the shoot.

TFP/CD? Yes, for well established photographers.
Rates: I don't have any set. After I receive a description of the job I will send you an offer unless one is provided. If you are interested in working with me contact me and I will be more than happy to talk to you about in further detail. I will have a non interfering escort accompany me to every shoot unless I've worked with you before. I shoot for me because it makes me happy and it's another way to express myself artistically. Basically I'm here to do kick ass shoots and take names, so hopefully i'll hear from you soon!
