Hello and welcome! My name is Mark Ng and I specialise in Glamour and Fine Art photography, splitting my time between Brisbane, Australia and Singapore. Please indulge me whilst I tell you of my photographic journey.


I still remember the day I discovered photography, and was utterly enamored by the idea that I could capture a flicker of a moment for eternity. The idea that I could immortalise that look, that smile, that laugh forever in print. That was the day I knew I had to have a camera (and my collection has since expanded, to the detriment of my wallet) of my own. That was the day I became a photographer.

Over the years, I’ve explored various themes and genres, from still life to wildlife. I’ve covered events for various individuals and organisations, from simple birthday parties for kids to the inaugural Singapore F1 GP for the kid that dreams of going fast in all of us. I managed to land the dream job as a photographer for the Singapore Armed Forces for two years (2009-2011), trudging through jungles and mud, though occasionally flown by air or shipped over water, covering everything from multilateral courtesy calls by foreign diplomats to stiff (and mind-numbingly dull) international defence seminars to battalion-level army exercises, day or night, rain or shine.

But now I find myself coming back to the beginning of my photographic journey; capturing the essence of the person in front of the camera. The simplest of looks, the subtlest of hints to tease, to tantalize, to evoke the most pronounced sense of desire in you, the viewer. To find that special bit of je ne sais quoi and to produce sights that are truly Sexy, Sensual and Smooth.
