I look for elusive moments that reveal the inner self.
consider me an observer and amplifier of your mood/moments, with some distortions into the mix. to me, sessions are not about getting 317 photos taken, though rather about getting a few (less than 5?) photos that reveal (to me) the person's personality. of great interest is to photograph in a style/way that is a break from a person's current interests. for example, if someone is heavily into Pinup, then change that a bit from the classic look of Pinup. The oversimplification is: + more Saul Leiter than Maxim, + more Wong Kar-Wai than Michael Bay, + more James G.
