Hi my name is Paul and I am an amateur photographer.

PLEASE NOTE! Recently my wife has become ill and it has been necessary for me to become her carer so I am NOT available to shoot, sorry. Hopefully this will change shortly and I can still be seen wondering around Brighton with my camera occasionally.... if so stop me and say hi. Peace

Other than shooting friends and family I have very little experience of working with models, which I'm looking to fix by joining the site.

If I'm totally honest I'm not really sure what style or type of work I'd like to do but I'm open to suggestions and as long as you are gentle with me I'll give anything ago.

But this sums up why I'm here. I'm hoping to learn develop and grow with the hope that I can do this for a living one day!

I'm currently being mentored by my father in law who is the reasonably well known photographic journalist Nick Skinner who has some 40 odd years professional experience.

As I've said I'm new to this and a little unsure as to how people like to work or indeed with some of professional etiquette and whilst my mentor helps I do sometimes bring my wife as back up!

I'm happy to work with you on Portfolio shots for free, but ask that you let me use some of the photo's for mine as well.
