About Me

Teagan is a sponsored as a dancer and as the face for Energetiks Dancewear. She has been shot by photographers such as Jez Smith and has worked with acclaimed designers Akira, Michelle Jank, Tony Assness, as well as make-up artist Rae Morris (L'Oreal Paris). World renowned photographer Ken Tan poached her for 2 photo shoots and is now the new face of MOD Management Agency. She has also been appointed their new Dance Director. Teagan was also chosen as the model for a new jewelry company, Alalah. She was recently cast for a brand new 'FOXTEL' TV promotion, due to be released next year.

Appearing in Vouge, Dance Australia Magazine, Dance Train Magazine, Girlfriend Magazine, numerous times, she also has been used for many Sydney Dance Company promotions and marketing campaigns.

Teagan made her debut with Sydney Dance Company in the 2005 World Premiere season of ‘Hua Mulan’, presented as part of the 2005 Shanghai International Arts Festival before being invited to join the Company ensemble. Her time with the company has seen her travel the globe extensively and frequently.

Whilst being in the company Teagan has been asked to perform for many events, including, The Australian Dance Awards, The Helpmann Awards and also danced in the movie ‘Last Dancer’ (directed by Bruce Berresford).

Born in Melbourne, Teagan commenced her dance training at Classique School of Dance where she studied Ballet, Jazz, Tap and Contemporary enjoying success in many eisteddfods and selection as a Cecchetti Scholar in 1999 & 2000. Teagan was a student of The Australian Ballet School from 1998 – 2004 where she commenced as a junior associate, completing a Certificate III in 2001 and graduating with an Advanced Diploma in Dance in 2004. Teagan’s credits include Graeme Murphy’s Melbourne season of ‘The Nutcracker’ with the Australian Ballet (State Theatre 2000), Australian tours of Leigh Rowles’ ‘Nutcracker’ with The Australian Ballet Dancer’s Company (2003 & 2004), various roles in ‘The Gift of a Dream’ Myer Music Bowl (2002 & 2003), ‘Samsara’ choregraphed by Kristy Biggs for AICD competition 2002 (National Theatre) , Mark Annear’s ‘Glazunov Suite’, Matthew Thompson’s contemporary ‘Re place’ for Morning Melodies (Hamer Hall 2004), The Australian Ballet School’s ‘40th Anniversary Gala’ (State Theatre 2004) performing in Mark Annear’s ‘Birthday Celebration’, Natalie Weir’s ‘Jabula’ and White Cat in ‘Aurora’s Wedding’. Later that year Teagan performed in the Peasant Pas De Deux from ‘Giselle’ for The Australian Ballet School’s Pas De Deux Exhibition (State Theatre 2004).
