My name is Lauren Dwyer and I have been doing makeup since I was a junior in highschool. I started out as part of a freelance agency at the age of 17 in 1999. A big deal for a young girl; I took the opportunity to soak up as much as I could about makeup application and technique. Since then I have grown into a full blown artist. I have an amazing kit and it keeps growing. Many of my opportunities have come from freelancing with a salon in San Diego. We have done many events, from Skin Industries, to Ed Hardy lingerie fashion shows. I have had great success with them and continue to show off my work. I also do weddings, and most of my wedding jobs are referrals. Gotta love referrals. My goal is to eventually have my own cosmetic line and boutiques to retail in. I hope to meet people for networking in the industry and to aquire more work through this site.

I will work for trade, but it definitely must be worth it... As this is my main source of income, and bills need to get paid! ;)
