1. Cleanse: Raw hair is soaked in an all natural cleansing extract. No acid! Next, it undergoes a 4 step shampoo and conditioning process.

2. Refine: All inverted strands and grays are removed while maintaining cuticle alignment.

3. Prepare: Hair is machine wefted using a triple threaded method to ensure it will not shed.

4. Test: We perform both wet and dry combing tests to ensure the hair meets our standards of strength, elasticity, and moisture retention.
