A freelance photographer, in the past I have worked mostly in wedding photography, but more recently I have been moving more into the fashion side of things. Wedding photography pays the bills, but I'm finding fashion is just plain fun!

I've been involved in photography for about 18 years now, but have seriously stepped up my involvement in the last 6 years or so.

I'm looking for models, makeup and hair artists and other photographers with a good sense of humor who want to work together. I have worked with models and several photographers around here, and have had an absolutely wonderful experience so far!

I like to shoot mostly on a one model to one photographer basis. I'm pretty talkative and like to get a feel for the person I'm about to be shooting, so don't be surprised if the first 10 minutes of a shoot has a lot of conversation. Most people look best if you can capture the person they actually are, and I think it's important to understand that before you even start pressing the shutter. I also see this work as a partnership, not a dictatorship. I have no problem giving direction, but I love models who have ideas they want done and working with them to achieve that.

My interest are very varied in what I'd like to shoot. I love the cool style of pin-up photography, but love doing nice clean looking and artistically shot people too. If you'd like some work done, feel free to contact me. I'm always open to shooting people for free for everyone to fill their portfolio.

As far as shoots go, in the "off wedding season" I'm free most weekends and some evenings. My studio is located in downtown Omaha, right across from the park, so there are lots of great locations around in addition to the studio (which is pretty kick ass itself if I do say so myself!).

Overall, I'm a pretty friendly guy, so feel free to say "hey" sometime!
