Greetings from CHAPEL HILL my name is ABDUL. I work in ceramics, 2-D Design, 3-D Design, portrait painting, mural painting and I have written and directed two student films while taking courses in New Jersey.

My style may consist of realism, abstraction, and/or impressionism. I draw (no pun intended) inspiration from many sources. Art is my life, I've been drawing and designing since I was three but the past 18 years, I've been putting my passion aside to appease others, which has made me feel uncomfortable. The creativity within me had nearly diminished. Today, I have returned to North Carolina. I'm seeking studio space where I can create.

In the next three years, I'll be working on my first feature length film. I will continue to work in a variety of mediums, drawing, painting, sculpting and mixed media design.

I am looking forward to working with other artists. I believe MM can help bring talents together. For the most part, I want to introduce the world to Abdul Smith. I want to keep producing.
