As an art and athletics enthusiast, my work began as a fitness model and yoga/pilates specialist in Portland, Oregon. "Luckily" for me, my life was steered in the direction that I was meant to go. Unfortunately, my success had to come from great pain.

Shortly after high school, I suffered a fall from a galloping race horse while training in Jefferson, Oregon. This random accident left me with severe brain trauma and a large spinal blood clot. Months of dealing with memory loss, extreme pain, and the innability to walk left me weak and tired. Through sheer determination and stubbornness I chose to begin studying yoga with hopes of avoiding back surgery. Brick by brick, I was able to rebuild the foundation of my physical and mental health.

Now, as a mind/body specialist I'm able to use my story and the knowledge I gained to help other people overcome obstacles in their own lives. Additionally, my personal fascination with the human body has combined with my love of art and incredible flexibility to create the potential for amazing photography. It's been a long road, but I can say from experience that "what doesn't kill you certainly does make you stronger!"
