About Me

I am a Wilhelmina Model, a Men's Health Top Trainer (I have starred in a fitness DVD called the Anarchy workout), A PN Level 2 Master Nutrition Coach, and founder/creator of GMetrix Training LLC.

I initially moved to LA from NY to work as a performance coach for professional and elite athletes. Training celebrity clients and elite athletes are both things I love to do.
