One thing I really don't do nearly enough is seek decent reference. I'm now looking towards finding some good models for some work, both private and hopefully gallery work. I am currently seeking out a style for myself, and am hopeful to become inspired by this place as well as utilize it in my actual workflow.

I work full-time as a video game artist, but am hoping to make the move into producing my own brand of art for a living. The transition is one I plan on taking years to complete, so I'm in no rush, but I'm none-the-less excited as I move forward with my goal. :)
