About Me

I'm a Bikram Yoga instructor also Operations & Studio Director for Bikram Yoga Headquarters in Los Angeles. I'm new to LA and would love to explore what this city has to offer. My passion is singing and teaching Bikram yoga; both are therapeutic and healing and that's what I'm about...I love to be able to help people whether it be physical or mental. I love to motivate people, make them laugh and feel good, guide them to a better way of life. It was Bikram yoga that connected my mind & body, brought me home and gave me a second chance at life! God's gift to me and now I want to share it with the world. If any of you out there who would like to come try Bikram yoga, you are welcome as my guests. I'll give you free passes to try out, we have mats and towels all you have to bring is a bottle of water. I would love to meet and work with new photographers and models.
