Growing up in the slums of Los Angeles, I saw blood running in the City of Angel's gutters and mascara running on Hollywood's red carpets.
I learned at a young age to appreciate the beauty in the beast and the beast in the beauty.
And I knew I would spend my life creating worlds where corpses decompose in dark alleys and starlets blush under bright lights.
