As this site seems to cater to Modeling and Fashion imagery, I have a few comments.
Retouching should enhance the model not replace them. People have texture beneath their eyes, not just flat matt hemispheres. Human skin is complex and feature rich. There are no filters or auto selecting techniques that can separate hair from a background, masks are always best when they are done carefully by hand.

And I never, ever, ever, delete or damage a single original pixel. Everything I do can be undone or changed. Easily.
