Charmaine Nicole Mc Phee, a true rose grown out of concrete is the epitome of where the hood and high fashion meet. She lives her life threw the arts and as a senior Musical Theater Major at Howard University, from Baltimore, MD by way of Jersey City, NJ, she believes that life is a stage and that everyone performs at every opportune time. Charmaine Mc Phee was the 2010 HU Homecoming "Dynasty; An Era of Excellence" Fashion Show Coordinator. The show was entitled "Reflections; The Battles and The Conquest" and it showcased 17 exquisit menswear, childrens clothing womens wear and plus size wear designers. Some of the designers included Ying Edge, Andrew Nowell's Men's Wear, Ray Vincente, Plus Size Designer Monif C., and Reco Chapple of BRAVO's "Fashion Show's" line "House of Chapple". At this event she reached out to T-Pain's new group Sophia Fresh and they graced the HU Fashion show with a performance. This amazing event was also hosted by the one and only BJ Coleman. Charmaine's talents aren't only limited to fashion, she has performed on HBO’s season 4 of “THE WIRE”, as Laetitia aka Razor Girl, styled for H-Town’s music video “Knocking Your Heels Off” ft. Jodeci in Los Angeles, CA, under the direction of Taj Stansberry and the remix video ft. Pretty Ricky and other videos as well. Charmaine Nicole has also had the opportunity to be a costume designer for several productions including Howard University's Howard Players 2010 production of “SIRENS”. With her life being surrounded around the arts, there is almost nothing in the arts she has not done; a model, actress, dancer and stylist, there’s no stopping this blossoming rose.
