Welcome to my portfolio. If you're not signed with an agency, you MUST have "Polaroids" to submit to them.
If you're not quite sure what a Polaroid is -that's quite alright, it's nothing more than a very raw/unedited picture of you. Yes, pimples and all. :)
The reason why agencies demand these photos is because they are acutely aware of what can be done in Photoshop -and how much a digital retoucher can greatly manipulate the original image/model. The agencies want to see your bone structure, your pores, your hair etc.
Polaroids absolutely DON'T have to be shot with a professional photographer. However, you may very well should consider booking time with a professional photographer because we know what poses to use/execute and what type of lighting (preferably natural) works best with you.

Once again, if you're trying to get signed -you must have Polaroids.
