After working in a factory for many years, I decided to follow in my father’s footsteps and become a hairdresser. It was my dream to work for one of the world’s biggest brands in hairdressing: Toni & Guy. The dream came true.

I worked for Toni & Guy for almost 10 years, in Antwerp, London and Maastricht. As a hairdresser, an art director, a salon manager, a Toni & Guy Academy teacher, and as head of the Dutch/Belgian art team. During this period, I have had the privilege to work with and learn from some of the best hairdressers on earth, amongst whom Toni Mascollo himself.

I also had the chance to do a lot of backstage projects. At fashion events such as the London Fashion Week, Antwerp Fashion Week and Paris Fashion Week. And for television shows such as Sara (Belgium’s equivalent of Ugly Betty), Project Runway / Project Catwalk and 10 Years Younger.

I do hair and make up for fashion events and photo shoots. Session work for television. Art direction, training and personal consultancy. Salon management. And, of course, hairdressing.
