Hello,

My name is Ashley and I am a photographer and graphic designer currently located in Toms River. I specialize in fine art photography but also do plenty of portrait and fashion work. I am probably one of the rarer breeds of photographers who prefers working with and training models who are just starting out as opposed to ones who are set in their ways and think they are "pro".

I am looking to expand my group of regular models. I tend to always work with the same bunch of models so I that I can get to know them on a personal level and help them build up a strong and cohesive portfolio. I am looking for female models with a specific look and that 'something different', which I think you need in order to succeed.

Usually, compensation for a shoot with me is in the form of edited digital images from the shoot. Occasionally, I will shoot in film and you will get a hand printed and darkroom edited 8x10 or 11x14 shot. Since I usually work with models just starting out, the knowledge and experience you will be getting by working with me is well worth it. If you have passion, drive, and ambition, and you are willing to work very hard to get into the modeling world, you will have a great experience working with me. Monetary compensation may be provided if I am doing a commissioned shoot, but I will tell you if that is the case. Otherwise, trading your time for edited images is the usual method of compensation.
