I've always been interested in photography, but aside from one class and constantly carrying around a Sony Cybershot for the past few years, I've not done a whole lot about it.

Before digital, I always had a camera on me, but it wasn't quite as easy or cost effective. The price of film and development drained my cash flow pretty quickly. I have experience with point and shoot, one-shot throw away cameras, and an Olympus omF when it comes to film.

I invested in a Digital SLR (Another Olympus ~ E-620) and I'm interested in exploring more with it. We're just getting to know each other, me and the new camera, so I expect we'll have a few disagreements, but for the most part, I feel as if we have a promising future.

Anybody who shoots with me should be willing to potentially try strange new things, explore, experiment. My ideas are definitely not mainstream. There will be very little to no nudity in the shoots I do, probably. This could possibly change, depending on the set, the mood, whatever, but I'm certainly not setting out to have a lot of it in my portfolio.

Model types I'm interested in are alternative styles. Goth, Industrial, Steam Punk, etc. I love unusual looks. Also, those willing to do really stylized shoots, themed shoots, and costume-based shoots are very welcome. I'm also willing to do photography ideas that the models have or have been wanting to try. I'm all about mutual collaboration.

I do occasionally do Photoshop work on photographs, but I don't believe in altering a model to get rid of flaws. I don't really believe in flaws. If I've picked a person to shoot with, it's because I want to shoot with them, and everything they come with.
