Hi, my name's Brittany and I've been seriously interested in photography for about three years now. Almost every amount of knowledge that I have attained, I have learned on my own. I am very passionate about what I do and I am constantly trying to improve my work and methods. I have taught myself most of what I know by reading many books and doing tons of experimenting. I have learned a lot by using myself as a model as well. I shot weddings with a professional photographer in my area a few years ago for a few months, but found out that I prefer setting up shoots rather than being completely spontaneous.

For most of my photos, I use ambient (available) light, but I have just recently started using a light set that my friend let me borrow a few months ago. Over the past three years, I have been taking pictures of me, my friends, and family, but I am looking into branching out and getting more of my work out in the public eye. Someday I would like to have my own studio.

I shoot with a Canon EOS 10D, a 28-200mm lens, a secondhand light set, and available lighting. It doesn't sound like much, but I promise you won't be disappointed. Bottom line is that I like making people look pretty. Honestly.

I am looking to make some extra money as well. I don't have a set amount of what I would like to charge, but that all depends on how many shots I take and what the model is looking for. Everything is negotiable :) Message me for more details if you are interested in having your picture taken.
